Our community bank client based in Northeast Ohio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for the company. This person will work closely with managers of the bank to identify and source candidates. They will also be required to develop relationships in the community with schools and attend job fairs on behalf of the bank.
- Source candidates for open positions using a variety of methods
- Attend job fairs
- Develop relationships out in the community and with schools
- Coordinate the internship program for the bank
- Some day traveling to other markets will be required for meetings, job fairs, etc.
- Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to take the bank’s recruiting process to the next level
- Forward thinking individual
- Great with social media – LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
- Needs to be able to work independently
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience is ideal
- Bachelor’s degree
