Executive Personal Assistant

Angott Search Group has partnered with a well-established financial services company located in Southeast Michigan in the search for an Executive Personal Assistant. The selected candidate will be able to help the company’s president prioritize priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist company’s president on many different things including support of a new satellite office.
  • Able to use/manage CRM system.
  • Manage Case notes.
  • Help manage the leads and referrals given to advisors.
  • Manage president’s personal email and voicemail.
  • Assist with meetings.
  • Learn financial profile software.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in social media, including LinkedIn.
  • Experience using Sales Navigator.
  • Tech savvy.
