North American Sales Manager

Angott Search Group has partnered with a  leading snow and ice control equipment provider located in the Midwest in the search for Sales Manager.  The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all sales-related activities within the Western brand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Report to the VP of Sales.
  • Staff and direct a team of Regional Sales Managers and provide leadership towards the achievement of company goals and objectives.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies, meetings, and presentations for new and existing Dealers.
  • Establish intra-company plans and strategies to enhance and expand the dealer network in order to strengthen the company’s market share position.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Must have Valid State driver’s license, have the ability to meet DOT requirements to operate a DOT registered vehicle, and have the ability to obtain a passport for business travel outside the U.S.
  •  Possess a high level of written/verbal communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of truck equipment industry including truck-related terms, applications, competitive information, etc.
