ASG & PAG Alliance.
We are excited to announce an alliance between Park Avenue Group (PAG) and Angott Search Group. This will give us the ability to provide clients with increased executive recruiting capabilities, broader geographic reach, and added in-depth knowledge within the banking and credit union industries. The relationship combines our 40-year tenure providing talent advisory services with PAG’s 25-year tradition in finding and placing top talent throughout these vital financial services industries.
While national in scope, our offices located in both Rochester, Michigan and Orlando, Florida, will continue to provide on-going in-depth recruitment services to a nationwide client base.
The newly combined teams of recruitment specialists will continue to consult with and deliver talent solutions in all aspects of retained executive search, contingent search, and interim staffing.

How will this alliance change my existing relationship with the PAG or ASG team?
There will be no change in your day-to-day contact with the search and talent professionals at either organization. The alliance will provide your search consultant with additional talent delivery services, expanded geographic reach and access to deeper contacts within the financial services industry.
Will there be any changes to the search and recruitment processes and business processes that I have with my PAG or ASG professional?
While the alliance of these two long-tenured teams will provide clients with a broader range of talent delivery services, a wider geographic reach and more critical contacts throughout the financial services industry. All existing search assignments, contracts, processes and other elements of the relationship remain unchanged.
How will this impact my ability to work with the PAG and ASG team on a wider national basis?
Between the two offices and an expanded team of over 25 search professionals the alliance will provide your firm with a seamless network to provide talent solutions throughout the U.S.
Should I anticipate any transition challenges on current assignments or projects?
We do not anticipate any specific challenges in making this transition for both our clients and our candidates. We have a common culture, structure and processes designed to enhance our effectiveness. Our goal is to make this unity as seamless as possible for all involved.
Will both the Orlando FL and Rochester MI offices continue to operate?
Yes, both our physical locations are a critical part of our geographic footprint, and we have several search professionals who chose to work remotely. This allows our alliance increased flexibility to hire the best search talent in the industry. We anticipate expanding these teams in both locations to better serve our clients across the search landscape including retained executive search, contingent search and professional interim staffing.
