Business Development Officers – Asset Based Lending
A growing asset-based lending group led by an industry veteran is seeking 2-3 established and passionate Business Development Officers to be located throughout the country.
A qualified business development officer will have gone through a bank commercial credit training, or have elevated through a traditional ABL group from a field examiner, portfolio manager and/or underwriting into marketing. This individual must be deeply entrenched in their geographic market and be able to cultivate deals between $3-$30 million in commitments with realistic ramp up expectations. This person must have a proven track record of cultivating asset-based lending deals within their geographic area.
The target expansion markets are the Pacific Northwest, Central Midwest, Ohio Valley, Upper Midwest, or Southwest United States.
Competitive base salary with uncapped incentive compensation based on performance.
