Commercial Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a highly regarded regional bank with a strong presence and reputation for providing comprehensive services to small to very large commercial clients with complex credit needs.  Our client is expanding their presence by adding a well-balanced commercial banker who has strong commercial credit, business development and relationship management skills to assume and grow a portfolio for $40-50MM commercial portfolio.

The ideal commercial banker will have strong commercial credit skills by either attending a commercial credit training program or have commensurate experience through hands on experience, plus cultivating new business.  This individual will manage their book of business while having the support of a knowledgeable commercial credit team.    A successful commercial banker will be able to cultivate $12-15MM or greater in annual new business.  This organization will also lead large credits, holding up to $25MM and then bring in participants.

This is an organization with an unlimited incentive compensation program, allowing strong financial upside.  A commercial banker may work a hybrid schedule and may be located anywhere in Southeast Michigan.  There is strong flexibility for an experience and independent banker, plus more training and guidance provided for a less seasoned banker seeking growth and mentorship.
