They are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is a self-starter that will be a key contributor and instrumental in the asset growth and success of the firm. This individual must have the ability to develop and maintain great relationships with existing clients, as well as the ability to develop new relationships that result in sales and growth of the firm’s assets under management. They are looking for someone that surpasses in I/R and Sales. Knowledge of the local market would be most helpful.

  • Combining an entrepreneurial passion with experience in the wealth management or securities/brokerage industries.
  • Experience dealing with ultra-high net worth individuals or family offices, as well as institutional investors such as foundations, endowments and public pension plans.
  • Must be passionate about the growth and preservation of client capital.
  • Experienced in business development.
  • Knowledge of hedged investing and venture capital.
  • The candidate will also manage, develop, review, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures and the overall compliance program for the firm.
