Robin O’Donnell brings over three decades of experience in the recruiting industry, starting her career at Sales Consultants in 1990 in Pennsylvania. With a remarkable nine-year tenure as a top recruiter, Robin ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing her own recruiting firm, O’Donnell & Company. Specializing in placing employee benefit sales professionals, Robin successfully owned and operated the firm in Bucks County, PA, for 14 years.

In 2014, Robin and her family relocated to the Orlando area, marking a new chapter in her career. She joined Park Avenue Group, a move that showcased her adaptability and expertise in recruitment. At Park Avenue Group, Robin assumed a leadership role and took charge of banking recruitment for the Northeastern US. Since joining the team in September 2014, she has been instrumental in connecting talented professionals with impactful opportunities in the banking sector.

Robin’s journey is defined by her dedication to excellence in recruitment, from her early days at Sales Consultants to the successful leadership of O’Donnell & Company and her ongoing contributions at Park Avenue Group. Robin is an active member of Celebration Community Church where she taught Sunday School and worked on the event committee.
