Kelly brings a unique blend of experience to Angott Search Group, combining a deep understanding of accounting and finance with a passion for education and leadership development. Her career journey, which has spanned both the corporate and academic worlds, has equipped her with a versatile skill set and a strong commitment to excellence.
After earning her CPA while working at Price Waterhouse in Detroit, Kelly spent 18 years in public and private accounting, including running her own accounting business. Her love for teaching and mentoring led her to pursue a master’s degree in education, and she subsequently worked for 12 years as a fifth-grade teacher and assistant principal. Even during her time in education, Kelly maintained a strong connection to the accounting field, teaching accounting at the collegiate level and relaunching her accounting business.
Kelly’s ability to connect with people, her strong analytical skills, and her dedication to fostering growth and development make her a valuable asset to Angott Search Group. She is excited to join the dynamic team and contribute to the company’s continued success.

- ON HER BUCKET LIST: Travel to Hawaii, Alaska, Australia, and Poland. She would also love to be able to eat an entire German chocolate cake in one sitting because it is her absolute favorite!
