Todd brings over 12 years of well-rounded experience in executive recruiting and the residential mortgage lending industry. He began his career in 2012 as a research associate at an executive search firm, where he quickly advanced to a full-desk executive recruiter.
Over the years, Todd has developed a strong focus on placing top talent in sales roles across a variety of industries. His deep understanding of both recruiting and lending allows him to bring a unique perspective and strategic insight to every search.
