With over two decades of experience in executive search, Rob has held leadership positions at two major firms and founded two successful boutique firms focused on the financial services industry. Rob’s recruitment expertise in distinct verticals within the Banking sector allows him to apply innovative strategies in attracting and retaining top talent across all functional areas, including senior leadership roles and Board placements.
