Loraine is a dedicated talent acquisition professional with a track record of success across community banking, financial services, and legal recruiting. She began her recruiting career in 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with New Edge Associates, where she specialized in recruiting for community banks and financial institutions. Through a strong focus on relationship building and delivering results for both clients and candidates, she advanced to Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in 2025, taking on a leadership role and further expanding her expertise in the recruitment industry.

She went on to serve as a Legal Search Consultant with Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search, where she specialized in identifying and recruiting top legal talent across the Florida and New York markets. Her experience spans full-cycle recruiting, candidate development, client relationship management, and strategic talent sourcing.

Loraine now works with Park Avenue Group, an operating alliance owned by Angott Search Group, as a Search Consultant. In this role, she sources and identifies qualified candidates, conducts interviews to assess fit and qualifications, and manages the recruitment process from initial outreach through placement, all while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
