Rob brings over twenty years of experience in executive search, including leadership roles at two major firms and the founding of two successful boutique firms focused on the financial services industry. Rob also spent several years at RW Baird in their fixed income business working with bond portfolio managers at banks, hedge funds and insurance companies.
