Angott Search Group has partnered with a well-established community bank in Iowa to identify an experienced Agricultural/Commercial Loan Officer to join their growing lending team. This role focuses on managing and expanding client relationships, originating and structuring loans, and supporting the continued growth of the bank’s lending portfolio.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of Commercial Lending experience, with a strong ability to take over a $20MM portfolio and grow it over time.
- Agricultural lending experience is a plus.
- Applicants must currently reside in the region or be willing to relocate to be considered.
