This executive will provide strategic leadership across all operations, driving financial performance, regulatory excellence, and an exceptional member experience while working closely with the Board to advance the credit union’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations, strategy, and financial performance
- Partner with the Board to execute vision, goals, and policies
- Oversee all functional areas including lending, finance, compliance, HR, and operations
- Ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management practices
- Drive business development and community engagement
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing management team
- Manage budgeting, reporting, and organizational efficiency
Qualifications
- 10+ years of financial institution experience
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong background in lending, operations, and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
