SVP of Compliance

Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a non-bank consumer lender in their search for a SVP of Compliance.
The SVP of Compliance is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the company’s compliance program, including regulatory affairs, consumer protection, and internal governance. This senior leader will ensure that the company remains compliant with all applicable federal and state lending laws, rules, and regulations.
Education: Juris Doctor is required and must be in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia or Texas.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles within financial services, fintech, or banking. Experience working with regulatory agencies and leading regulatory examinations.
