Park Avenue Group, a subsidiary of Angott Search Group, is pleased to partner with a publicly traded bank to recruit for a results-driven and experienced Middle Market Commercial Lender for the Long Island marketplace. This position is open in response to the previous lender receiving a well-deserved promotion on the commercial lending team.
What You’ll Bring
- You must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively serve our diverse client base.
- Deep, established familiarity with the Miami-Dade County business landscape and a current residence in the area are essential.
- A track record of successfully originating and managing commercial and industrial loans for businesses with revenues between $15M and $100M. Please note, this role does not focus on stand-alone commercial real estate.
- A strong, results-oriented drive to actively prospect and win new business. This is a “hunter” role, requiring a dynamic approach to market growth.
- You possess exceptional credit analysis skills, with the ability to structure and manage complex commercial loans.
