Angott Search Group (ASG) is partnering with a well-established Middle Tennessee community bank to find experienced, results-driven Branch Managers for multiple locations. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on lending professional to lead a branch, grow a loan portfolio, and build strong relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, and close commercial, agricultural, consumer, and mortgage loans within established lending authority.

• Drive loan and deposit growth through business development and community involvement.

• Develop relationships with business owners, farmers, real estate professionals, and local customers.

• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve performance goals.

• Manage branch profitability, loan portfolio performance, and operational results.

• Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure adherence to lending policies and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with branch leadership to maintain strong customer service and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of banking experience with hands-on lending responsibilities.

• Proven ability to originate, underwrite, and close loans independently.

• Strong background in commercial, small-business, or agricultural lending preferred.

• Demonstrated success in business development, portfolio growth, and relationship management.

• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and BSA compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking industry certifications.

• Established business relationships in Marshall County or surrounding Middle Tennessee communities preferred.
