Real Estate Lending Analyst
Angott Search Group
Angott Search Group (ASG) is partnering with our credit union client to find an experienced Real Estate Lending Systems Administrator to manage and optimize mortgage lending systems. This role focuses on system administration, technical support, reporting, and process improvements to ensure efficient lending operations and an exceptional member experience.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Encompass and related real estate lending systems.

Manage system configurations, user permissions, workflows, business rules, and loan templates.

Troubleshoot technical issues and support system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

Develop reports, monitor data accuracy, and identify opportunities for automation.

Partner with IT, lending teams, and vendors to improve system performance and efficiency.

Support regulatory compliance, system testing, and end-user training.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of real estate lending systems experience.

Strong knowledge of Encompass administration, configuration, and mortgage lending workflows.

Experience with FICS, Symitar, SQL, Excel, or related systems preferred.

Encompass Administrator or ICE Developer Connect certification a plus.

Associate degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
