This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished marketing leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, strengthening brand presence, and driving measurable business growth.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), the Vice President of Marketing will lead the organization’s marketing, branding, advertising, and communication strategies. This executive will play a key role in expanding membership, enhancing the member experience, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive membership growth, brand awareness, and revenue.
• Lead digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and communication initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
• Leverage market research, analytics, and emerging trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee marketing budgets, agency partnerships, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Strengthen community engagement and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Ensure marketing initiatives meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• Proven success developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, advertising, and market analytics.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen, creativity, and a collaborative leadership style.
